Susan worked in the customer service industry for seven years before joining the firm. During that time, she had a variety of customer-related roles, where she learned how to create the ideal customer experience.

At Wolfgang Financial, Susan uses those skills — whether she’s answering the phones, scheduling appointments, sending emails, setting up seminar locations or greeting guests — to create a top-notch experience for clients.
